"Good quality fabric and nice shape but was itchy against my bare skin, which I didn't expect from the quality of Isabella Oliver. Fine if you wear a T-shirt underneath. Also, the tie cords are rather long and tend to end up on the floor when you're removing/putting the item on."

"I live in South Florida and do not own a good winter coat - maternity or otherwise! However, we've had unseasonably cold temps lately so I purchased this sweater. Since it is a bit heavier I use it as one would a coat and it has been fabulous! I've had it about a month now and I think I've already gotten my money's worth. I'm 34 weeks and growing rapidly and the 1/2 size should see me through to the end (I'm a 0/1 in IO tops). I can envision getting great use during the 4th trimester as well."

"After trying on just about every sweater at the maternity store in my city, I ordered this sweater. It is much more stylish and thicker than the other ones out there. I am picky when it comes to wool and I don't find it scratchy at all. Also, I knew it would be 10% cashmere from reading the info on the website. This sweater beats out the numerous other ones I have tried out and will be perfect for nursing. I have been wearing it nonstop for a month and love it."

"This is a lovely cardi - but definitely more on the side of a heavy duty piece - I think I will be wearing it more as a coat than around the house. Generous sizing - definitely ok for the larger size in the size band given. I am pleased with it, though heavier than I expected and just slightly itchier than I would have thought from the fabric content - but as it won't be next to my skin thats ok."

"I didn't think I'd ever find a warm stylish cardigan non-maternity let alone maternity. Can see this will become a staple in the cooler months and will wear when not pregnant. Got size 5/6 which i thought would be way too large - but it is oversized in a good comfy way (normally a 16 australian)."

"I was a little apprehensive regarding the fit/sizing after reading the other reviews however, I'm a petite size 10 and the 1/2 size is perfect. I am really pleased with all aspects of this cardigan, it's lovely and warm, doesn't lose its shape or bag out at all, i love it with jeans, a skirt or leggings and there's amble room for growth - i'm 25 weeks and the bump is big as its my second baby. Can't rate this highly enough, only wish there were more colours!!!"

"This seemed pricey, but for a winter pregnancy it has turned out to be total value for money. Snug and cosy with jeans, really smart with slim black trousers or the ruched skirt for work. Fantastically long - a godsend to find maternity wear suited to taller women! I am size 12 on top, and 12-14 on bottom normally, but bought the 'small' size and it fits perfectly (and my bump is huge at 32 weeks!)"

"Bought because it was actually made of wool, IO had run out of all the other jumpers in my style, plus it was sale time. Main hesitation was it isn't really my non-maternity style. Fits brilliantly, so warm and cosy, soft, well made and goes with everything smart or casual. Think it will only be coming off to wash. No regrets at all."

"A MUST HAVE!! I saved up to buy this cardi - and I was delighted with it during my pregnancy and afterwards I wore with trousers and skirts and it looked classic and stylish and sophisticated. Now, nursing my baby, it works perfectly because the wrap style means you can just pull the fabric aside to nurse your baby. It's very hard to find a sweater that can do this. Well worth the investment - trust me, you'll love it"

"What a great sweater. Its made of the softest yarn, and the wrap style makes me feel warm and cozy. Great for lying on the couch and watching movies.
Paired with black dress pants or a pencil skirt, though, it still looks super put together and lovely for going out to dinner.
I love it!"

"This sweater is great in the picture, cute on but it is SO itchy I could hardly stand it... Bummer I would have kept it had it not been so itchy. I had it on for about 3 seconds and ripped it off...very uncomfortable"

"This cardigan was great throughout my first pregnancy. At first I handwashed it (quite hard work, as it's a large item!), then eventually used the handwash cycle on my Miele washing machine. This seems to have caused the cardigan to shrink in some dimensions (e.g. it's now shorter), and overall the fit isn't great now. It's a lovely item when it first arrives, but ultimately hasn't lasted as long as I would have expected for a piece of this price."
