"Good quality and well-cut, but they are very big on the waist and keep slipping down in spite of the addition of a belt, which makes them quite a nuisance. A smaller size would not fit on the hips and legs, as they are very skinny."

"As per previous reviews, these are not super skinny on the lower leg, rather a tight slim fit. But they look good, and the long is properly long. They are also fairly low slung on the waist, and the fabric is thinner and stretchier than the 'skinny jeans' I bought from IO a few seasons ago."

"I am 5 ft 8, size 14, normal build; I got size 30 and have washed mine once already. They fit fairly well - a bit large in the waste, as reported elsewhere, but that's not a deal breaker for me. The jeans are also good looking and flattering. They bleed like crazy (my hands are freakishly blue when I wear them), though this should wear off over time. The biggest problem, however, is that the knees get baggy within a few hours. That is NOT a good look, and for the price, is a big disappointment. Definitely expected better quality, and wIll not be buying jeans from Baujken again!"

"They are the most comfy pair of jeans I own. The waist is big, and I'm not slim waisted, but I wear a belt. I would expect a skinny to be slimmer at the calves but they fit the thighs and bum like a glove and very flattering. I am normally size 12/14 and 5'6'' in these jeans I wear 29R. Personally I prefer these to the straight jeans that Isabella Oliver do and I have both."

"I am 5 ft 11, and a fairly standard size 14. I bought these in the long, and they are the perfect length. I had read the reviews about the waist size being large - but frankly I consider this a good thing! Anyway - I ordered the 31 inch waist and they are a great fit. I think this is a lot of money to spend on a pair of jeans - but the quality and comfort are excellent - and I know I will get a LOAD of wear out of them. How about them in black too please!?"

"Jeans are ok. The colour is good but, the fit isn't great on me. The waist is massive but the legs (especially the upper thigh) are really tight. I'd not buy again or recommend."

"fits fine at the waist, nicely stretchy. Cannot make it work on my calves, my circulation is being cut off! I am a runner so these are muscly but did not think I was that out of proportion!"

"I take a size 29 in Miss Sixty, which are not roomy, but still needed a 27 in these, and they fit perfectly. But I wouldn't say they are quite as skinny as the model in the picture. The quality is excellent, and they looked tight and yet I felt as if I were wearing my pyjamas, which is what you want in a pair of jeans."

"The quality is excellent, but fitting is disappointing. Forget the model in the photo... I think this might prove a tricky purchase. Careful when you choose the size too!"

"Beautifully soft jeans, but size down as I am usually a 26-27 and I have the 25 which are still not skinny. But as they fit well on the waist it is worth having them taken in to give the skinny look."

"The denim used in Isabella Oliver jeans is the best ever, it is so soft, yet still holds you in place and holds their shape too! Fab jeans, hard to wear any other jeans once you have worn these!"

"I found the length to be perfect to wear with flat shoes, but not heals and I wear 34inch leg usually. The fabric is soft and comfy. These jeans fit far too big on the waist but are tight around the thighs, and I don't have fat legs! Also, you expect skinny jeans to be fitted close to the leg below the knee, but these are more like straight leg jeans. I would recommend getting 2 sizes smaller than you would normally get, and these really only fit skinny legged girls!"

"I bought these in dove grey. They are a really lovely colour and very comfortable. I struggle to find jeans that fit my legs and don't gape at my waist. These are great. I followed the advice from the other reviews and went for a smaller size which was the right thing to do. They're a bit long for me (I'm 5'4) but it's not really a problem with skinnies."

"Ooh, finally I have found a pair of skinny jeans that make me look like the girl in the picture (well bottom half at least)! They are very flattering and no risk of showing too much at the back when I bend down! Great length on the regular leg, plenty long enough, comfy round the waist and a nice soft denim. Thank you IO."

"I am always looking for the perfect pair of skinny jeans and I have finally found them. The fabric is also of very high quality. My size is usually between a 10 and 12 depending on where I buy and I am 5 foot 6. I bought the 27 (size 10) Regular length and they fit perfectly. When buying IO I would recommend down sizing a little."

"These are very comfortable stylish and easy to wear jeans. I would normally take a 12 in jeans and I needed a 12 in these too as the legs would have been way too tight in a smaller size for me. The waist is also an ok fit but I could see how it could size large if you have slim hips and stomach. Overall very pleased and the slate is a lovely almost black colour."
