"I was very excited for this jacket, as it is beautiful on the model. The size small is far too large (I am 5'8", 150 lbs at 7 months, 130 lbs pre-pregnancy). Additionally, the lack of a lining makes this jacket quite itchy and uncomfortable. If they offered an X-Small size, and lined the jacket, perhaps I would have kept it."

"I bought this in my first trimester and loved wearing it for the second and third (it was a little too big before I was showing). I constantly got compliments and I found myself styling my outfits so I could wear this coat with them! One of my favorite IO purchases and I only wish I could still wear it now that the baby has arrived!"

"With the price I would hoped it came with a lining to the coat. The style is great but if you get a bit too warm and want to loosen the belt, there's no hoop to hang the belt around you, instead you'll have to put it away somewhere which is quite a hand full when you are carrying other things. With improvement this would be a great jacket."

"Really great coat, especially if you don't get too cold as the coat isn't lined which worked really well for me. Lovely wrap style, it does come up big so go for a smaller size if you are between sizes. Love the olive green colour and as with all IO clothing I always get lovely comments when wearing it! As its not lined it can be a little itchy but overall I love it!"

"I love this coat. It looks really great on; it is comfy; I can see that there is plenty of room to grow, but I might also be able to wear it without looking swamped post-pregnancy. I would prefer it if it was lined, though. It's a little bit itchy and won't be warm if it's windy, so layers are a must in cold weather."

"I have received lots of compliments on this jacket. Its very stylish which is typically IO. My only complaint is that it isn't lined and therefore the wool is quite itchy against your skin. Also the sizing comes up quite big - I ordered a small and there is still some bag in it around the sides. Overall however a beautiful and elegant purchase."

"I have been wearing this daily since it arrived. As I normally have a very small waist, all my regular coats nip in at the waist, and I have been unable to do them up since 15 weeks into pregnancy. This coat has been a saviour! I would give it 5 stars except it is not the perfect fit, particularly at the shoulders (size 0 IO tops generally fit me well), so a bit of a compromise."

"As a small woman ordering a small size I expect clothing to be... small. This jacket was enormous, suited for a large tall woman - I had to return it. The clothing is beautiful and stylish but it runs so large there is NOTHING for a really petite pregnant woman."

"The jacket loves really good on and will fit all the way through pregnancy and afterwards. As previous purchasers have pointed out it is not lined and can pile a little, so when it is cold it is worth wearing a cardigan/jumper underneath. The neckline is lovely. Take care with the belt loops as I can imagine that they would snap easily if, for example, someone stood on the belt whilst the jacket is hanging on the back of a chair. Overall a good purchase at normal price and a great purchase at sale price!"

"I ordered this as my first maternity because, at 20 weeks, i grew tired of wearing my pre-pregnancy outerwear without being able to zip or button everything fully.
I have a decent bump right now, and the coat (received today!) is still quite spacious, so I have no doubt it'll last me throughout the rest of my pregnancy. I also plan on having it tailored afterwards so that it can be worn when I'm not pregnant--looks doable, because there are no pockets or hardware, and just two side seams.
I ordered the olive, which is a nice, dark grey. As noted in previous reviews, the coat isn't lined, and is fairly thin, which leads it to wrinkle more easily than a heavy wool coat. But it doesn't seem like it'll be a problem.
The only other thing I would change is that the inner flap of the coat buttons by the neck, and it's a little cumbersome to find the button and hook it quickly. The flap that comes on the outside closes more easily with a snap."

"I have recently bought this jacket and currently am very happy that I have a jacket that covers my 8m big belly. However although it is wool, it seems a bit thin and not really the best choice for cold winter. Also, the price is high, so I was expecting a better quality for this money.
At the end, I am happy about it and will definitely be nice to be used after the pregnancy as well."

"I am 27 weeks pregnant and pre pregnancy a size 12, but I have been eating A LOT. I ordered M and it fits fine if anything its too big (it gathers at the back) and I have a reasonable bump!!! The grey / green (more grey) goes with everything and I have work it loads. Its not too long at all (I'm 5'4'' and it hits me mid thigh). The only thing I would say is that it will need a jumper under as the sleeves are short and the color is airy if you know what I mean.
Only downside is the belt loop broke the first time I wore it... the belt now annoyingly hangs down.
It's really stylish and by far the best maternity coat I have found!!! I have complements on it lots!

"I received my coat last Friday and the only thing I don't like about it is that it is not lined, although my main concern was the size. However, I took it to the tailor. I bought smth like bordeaux satin to line it and today I will pick it up. I am sure now it will be warmer, considering the cold autumn in my country (Kosovo). In general, I am satisfied and I did a good investment ;)"

"nice jacket, but for the price it should have been lined, this would also avoid all the fluff from the inside getting all over my clothes - I had to wash the top I was wearing straight after as it looked ridiculous. maybe this will stop after a while, I hope so. The popper on the outside is v. difficult to open and I almost ripped it off trying to open the first time. Otherwise a nice fit, stylish and should take me through winter. though its light."

"I was happy with this purchase. The fit is nice, they feel comfortable, and they look stylish. They are VERY long, however. I have a 32" leg normally, and they're still very very long. They look good ruched around the lower leg."

"let me preface the review with saying that i purchased this gorgeous wrap thinking i'd be able to wear early in pregnancy to well after the baby is out! that being said, it was a big fail. maybe i should have paid more attention to the models in the photos, but even with their (faux?) baby bumps, the wrap hits them at about upper thigh. the wrap hit me at close to my knees (i'm 5'2"). and the wrap looked like a huge blanket on me. no amount of fashionable wrapping was going to make it better. so i returned it :( hopefully this works out better for others!"

"love my wrap jacket, but I ordered one size too big.. The only problem is it would cost ME too much to send it back and have it exchanged... I have not been able to wear it so far, just a little too big. It looks gorgeous if it fit me : ("
